ACWA Power Global Services Ltd

ACWA Power is planning to develop a 300 MW Wind Farm in Uzbekistan under a public-private partnership (PPP) arrangement. They have signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NEGU, the off-taker. The proposed 300 MW Bash 2 shall be located in Bukhara district of Uzbekistan. The Wind Farm shall evacuate the power in the Uzbekistan grid system through a 25 km 500 kV overhead transmission line via Bash switching station transmission network. Juru, being closely involved in the development, design, and studies of the 500 MW Wind Farm project and 52 MW additional wind capacity project, is responsible for the grid integration studies of new 300 MW capacity.

Services provided
